By using Cut List Optimizer ("the site") you agree to these terms.

The tool is provided as is

• The site and its calculators are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Layouts, sheet counts, yield figures and cutting orders are produced by a general-purpose algorithm. They are not guaranteed to be correct, complete or the most efficient arrangement possible.

Check the results yourself

• You are responsible for checking every result against your own plans, measurements and materials before you cut.
• The tool does not see defects in your material, such as knots, voids, cracks, grain or color variation. Solid wood in particular needs to be inspected by eye.
• Do not rely on the site for safety decisions. Follow the instructions of your tool maker and use appropriate safety practices when cutting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including wasted material, extra cost, lost time or damage, that arises from using or being unable to use the site.

Pro plan

A Pro plan may be shown on the site to find out whether people want it. It is not available yet, nothing is sold, and nothing is charged.

Your inputs are processed and stored in your browser. See the privacy policy.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
